GreenSheets was created for landscape contractors who need accurate estimating without enterprise pricing or spreadsheet complexity.
Our story
Landscape estimating should not feel like spreadsheet surgery.
Every landscape company hits the same wall: estimates take too long, margins get miscalculated, and professional-looking proposals require tools that were not built for the trade.
GreenSheets focuses on material costs per unit, labour assumptions by crew, and service categories used daily by estimators. The goal is a clean workflow from quote to client approval.
We looked at what was available: tools that cost $300–600/month, charge thousand-dollar onboarding fees, and require a sales call before you can even see the software. For a two-person crew doing $200K in revenue, that math doesn't work. So we built GreenSheets — the estimating tool that should have existed already.
