Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GreenSheets website and software platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you are using GreenSheets on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account and company settings reasonably up to date.

Acceptable Use

You may not use GreenSheets to violate law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or misuse the platform in a way that harms GreenSheets or other users.

Customer Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit to GreenSheets, including client records, service catalog entries, estimates, proposals, and related business information.

You grant GreenSheets a limited right to host, process, transmit, and back up that data solely as necessary to provide and improve the service.

Service Availability

GreenSheets aims to provide a reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed and the platform may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

Fees and Billing

Paid plans, if selected, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply where required.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a paid plan before the next renewal date. Except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.

After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

GreenSheets and its related branding, software, content, and design elements are owned by GreenSheets or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of the platform or any related intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GreenSheets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenSheets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to GreenSheets for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law principles.
