Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, and account deletion work for GreenSheets. It applies to all paid plans, including [Starter - $29 USD/month], [Professional - $59 USD/month], and [Business - $99 USD/month], plus annual billing options [confirm final pricing].
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your GreenSheets subscription at any time from your account dashboard in Settings > Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and there are no cancellation penalties or extra fees.
When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. For monthly plans, service remains active until the end of that month. For annual plans, service remains active until the end of the prepaid annual term.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for unused months after cancellation. Before access ends, export your quotes, proposals, and client records so you keep a full copy of your business data.
Refund Policy
GreenSheets offers a 14-day refund window from the initial subscription purchase date for first-time subscribers only. Refunds are not automatic and must be requested by email at support@greensheets.app.
After the first 14 days, charges are non-refundable. Renewal payments are also non-refundable, so you are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not want to continue.
GreenSheets does not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, GreenSheets currently provides a [14-day free trial - confirm final trial length] for new accounts. No payment is collected during the free trial period.
At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel from the billing area in your dashboard at any point during the trial to avoid charges.
Tier Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade, GreenSheets charges the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so your current features remain available until that date. Downgrades do not create refunds or credits for the current cycle.
Account Deletion & Data
You can request full account deletion by emailing support@greensheets.app. We will verify the request and begin the account closure process.
After deletion is requested, data is retained for a 30-day grace period and then permanently removed, including quotes, proposals, and client records. Export any information you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Once deletion is completed, Tsuga Digital Inc. is not responsible for data loss and cannot recover removed records. Keep your own backups if you need long-term retention.
Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
While this policy is the standard, GreenSheets may issue refunds outside these terms at our sole discretion. This helps us resolve unusual cases fairly and maintain trust with customers.
Examples include extended verified service outages, billing errors, or duplicate charges. Any exception is case-specific and does not create a precedent for future refunds.
Changes to This Policy
Tsuga Digital Inc. may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted on the GreenSheets website.
If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers using the email address on file. Continued use of GreenSheets after updates means you accept the revised policy.
